Our Policy:
You may exchange or return an item if it is:
unworn, unaltered, in its original condition
with all tags attached.
We encourage you to try on all items before you cut off your tags as items will not be refunded if tags have been removed.
Time Allowances:
Return Authorizations: this number is required for all returns by contacting customer service. It must be written on box.
Refunds: you must request a return authorization (RA) within 10 days of original shipment date.
Exchanges: you must request an RA within 21 days of original shipment day.
Returning: you must write the RA number on the outside of the box and it must be postmarked within 2 days once issued.
